Description: This patient was bothered by his droopy nasal tip as well as his dorsal hump. Dr. Somenek used cartilage grafting to elevate and create more support to the nasal tip. Additionally, he smoothed out the profile which addressed the dorsal hump. The end result is a better proportionate appearance to the nose with the rest of the facial features.
