Description: Patient had two previous rhinoplasties that were unsuccessful in straightening her nose. She was particularly bothered by her nostril asymmetry. Dr. Somenek used the patient’s own cartilage to straighten the nasal tip and add additional support so the nose would not deviate in the future. Her postoperative revision rhinoplasty result shows a marked improvement in the nostril symmetry as well as the overall straight appearance of her nose on frontal view. Additionally her nasal breathing has improved.
