Description: Female patient presented to Dr. Somenek in consultation for a rhinoplasty. She was interested in refinement of the nasal tip and narrowing the width of the nose. In an effort to achieve tip refinement, Dr. Somenek performed cephalic margin trims to address the broad width of the cartilages. Then, various suture techniques (interdomal, transdomal and tip position sutures) were used to further refine the nasal tip shape. Osteotomies were performed to narrow the nasal bones and create more definition to the appearance of the nose.
