Case Details
Procedure: Rhinoplasty
Description: Male patient came to Dr. Somenek with the primary concern of a droopy tip. Additionally, he did not like the hump on his nose. Dr. Somenek performed rotation to the nasal tip. This also involved placing a cartilage graft called a columellar strut to provide increased support to the nasal tip so it would not droop in the future. The profile was shaved down. An additional cartilage graft was placed in the radix(most superior part of the profile) to create a stronger profile. The use of cartilage grafts create a long lasting, stable result for years to come.
Individual results may vary.
