Patient desired better symmetry to her nasal tip as well as creating a more refined profile. She had a dorsal hump that required a reduction of the nasal bones and cartilage height. Dr. Somenek also placed cartilage grafts in the nasal tip to create more structure and support. This also allowed for better symmetry of the cartilages that were creating a distorted nasal tip. Her final result shows a smooth, refined nasal tip with a straight profile and well positioned nasal tip.
