Patient had a dorsal hump and was bothered mostly by her droopy tip that became accentuated when she smiled. Her tip was also wide and she desired a narrowing of this. Her rhinoplasty consisted of placing support in her nasal tip using her own cartilage from her septum. This allowed Dr. Somenek to elevate the nasal tip in a much more stable position and provide the refinement that she was desiring. She is now 2.5 years from her rhinoplasty surgery.
