Description: Patient was bothered by the persistent bags under her eyes, despite using undereye creams and other treatments. It was determined that she had fat that was contributing to this look. Dr. Somenek performed a transconjunctival blepharoplasty, where there are no visible incisions, to reduce the size of the fat. She also had laser resurfacing to tighten the skin under the eyes. The result is complete correction of her bags with smooth undereye skin.
