Description: This 46-year-old woman had implants placed in a subglandular position 11 years prior. She presented to our office with Grade 4 caspsular contracture on the left and Grade 2 capsular contracture on the right. She also complained that her implants were too large and too wide. Her implants and capsules were removed. Individual results may vary.
