Procedure: Mastopexy/Augmentation Description: 54 year-old woman complained of bottoming out of the right breast and capsular contracture of the left breast.  She underwent revision mastopexy / augmentation with Natrelle 450cc full-size implants and DuraSorb soft tissue scaffold for long term breast support.
