Description: This 39-year old woman presented with a tuberous breast deformity and wide-set breasts. The breast mound was recreated with Sientra 410cc moderate profile implants and a mastopexy was performed. Lipofilling was also performed in the upper and medial portions of her breast to soften the look of the cleavage. Individual results may vary.
