Patient had a severely crooked nose and nasal septum that was creating complete obstruction of his left nasal cavity. His rhinoplasty consisted of resetting the entire nasal septum in the midline as well as reinforcing all of his existing cartilage to strengthen his nose. His crooked nose is now markedly straighter and he is able to successfully breath out of both sides of his nose. Additionally, his profile is much smoother and his nasal tip is in a much more favorable position.
