Patient had a dorsal hump and her nose was deviated to the right. She desired a more refined profile and for her nose to be much straighter and in the midline of her face. Using the ultrasonic rhinoplasty technique, Dr. Somenek was able to meticulously shave down the nasal bone in addition to elevating the nasal tip to avoid the droopy appearance particularly when she smiled. The nasal tip and rest of the nose is now straight in the midline with a small and more defined nasal tip.
