Description: 14 year old woman presented with near absence of her right breast. She suffered from a congenital condition called Anterior Thoracic Hypoplasia which resulted in a developed left breast and an underdeveloped right breast. Initially a tissue expander was placed to expand her right breast. At age 19, she had the tissue expander replaced.
