Description: Patient was always bothered by her dorsal hump and did not want to undergo a rhinoplasty yet. Instead she chose a nonsurgical rhinoplasty to build up her profile and conceal the hump. Additionally, filler was added to her nasal tip to help rotate and project the nose to create more balance with her chin.
