Description: This 41-year-old woman had implants placed in a submuscular position many years prior. She presented to our office with Grade 3 caspsular contracture on the right and “bottoming out” of her implant on the left. Her implants were replaced with Sientra 440 High Profile Silcone Implants, placed in a dual-plane position and supported with Galaflex. Individual results may vary.
